Return and Refund Policy for GoVision

1. Return Policy
At GoVision, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
In rare cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for an exchange (see Section 4 below).
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
This includes (but is not limited to) cases of:

Unwanted items after delivery

Accidental purchases

Late deliveries due to third-party couriers
Refunds are only considered if an item is proven to be defective and cannot be replaced (see Section 5).
3. Non-Returnable Items
All items sold by GoVision are considered final sale and non-returnable, including:

Customized or personalized products

Digital or downloadable goods

Final sale or clearance items
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, please email us at GoVisionBusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at GoVisionBusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement item to be sent at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
